My husband was stranded today & called Mike's Metro - Chun San came to the rescue! He arrived much earlier than anticipated & I received a text from hubby that said "This guy is seriously ninja skilled! WOW!" Chun worked super fast, efficiently, is clearly very knowledgeable in the field, & has excellent customer service all around. My dad was a locksmith for many years, so my bar is pretty high up there - we are IMPRESSED! Will absolutely call again & recommend to anyone! Thanks Chun!
I had called to get my key made a guy said he would call me back in a little bit. Chun called me back quote me on a price. Chun told me he will be at my place in 10 min he showed up less than 10 min and said my key would be ready in 30 to 40 min. Chun got done in like 20 min. He is awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I seriously just watched a magician named Chun unlock my car in less than 120 seconds. He was also maybe the nicest person I have met in the last forever. This is not hyperbole. You need something unlocked in a flash, this is the company to call.
They were amazing! My Son lost my car keys and they were at my house made new keys and gone in a total of 45 min from first call to completion! We will recommend they to everyone.
I was hysterical from locking my older dog (and my keys) in my car after a vet appointment today. After the phone call, Nathan got to the vet and had my door opened within15 minutes. Me and my pup were VERY thankful!

Fabulous, fast, professional, and friendly service... locked keys in the car called at 9:27am, talked directly with Chun who quoted me $50. He had the car unlocked, ran my payment as he had quoted for $50, then wrote me a paper receipt. We chatted for 3-4 minutes, then he drove off at 9:57am. 30 minutes from my initial call! Ask for Chun... he was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable!
