Doctor misdiagnosed me and took pictures of me inappropriately also did not run any tests. 0 stars
I’ve been waiting for a diagnosis so I can put in a work comp claim. I had to seek medical help and attention elsewhere. I called multiple times being ignored and when they do answer they knew I was calling them. So they purposely ignored me as a patient. Dr.Aly is extremely short and rushes you out of his office. What ever happened to hospitals with caring doctors? He should switch professions.
They are the worse. The billing done by this office is horrible. You call several times to set up an appointment and no return calls. Don't waste your time
This has got to be the worse medical experience I ever had. The office could care less about you getting your medication. I have never had a doctor where I have to call to ask is it time for me to get blood work. You call at 1,2,3,4,pm and can't get in touch with nobody leave a message it's not returned. If you value your health DON'T come to this facility. If I could rate this place with a NO star I would.
Dr. Tejura was fantastic in treating my elderly father at Shady Grove Hospital and in follow-up visits. He explained things thoroughly and clearly, and thoughtfully answered all our questions. He's also very kind, patient, and punctual.
