BY FAR the worst experience I've had with a doctor's office. Whatever answering service they have going is awful - my calls regularly went unanswered, messages left were not returned..on the rare occasion I reached someone I was no lie hung up on mid-sentence a few times. In under 2 weeks I logged 22 unreturned calls with this office.
