Very aggressive billing practices. I was charged $340 for a “procedure” (looking up my nose using a scope in less than a few minutes) to tell me I have a deviated septum, which I know already. They billed me up front as I was leaving before billing my insurance and were paid twice— leaving me to sort out the difference. Insurance didn’t consider looking up the nose to be a procedure. I understand that dealing with insurance companies isn’t easy, so this practice solves the issue by putting the onus on its patients.
