We love Metro Diner and take pretty much all of our guests here. Today unfortunately I had to send my Burger back, I feel bad when I have to do this anywhere but I am extremely picky and if I see any pink at all I will not eat it, and yes I DID order it well done. Awesome... lots of food for a great price. Entire staff is friendly.
Waiter was less than attentive. We had to ask for everything. The corned beef has in no way matched the description on the menu. Additionally I asked for it to be well browned. Instead what I got showed no evidence of ever having hit the griddle. I would've sent it back, but it took a ridiculously long time to even get it. Oh. The place was super loud as well. My experience was VERY disappointing!

An elite eating establishment with the food tasting just like it came from mommas kitchen. A "come on in" and relaxed environment with prompt service and smiling faces. Bring a large hunger to this place. The helpings are generous and you won't leave without planning your next visit there.

As always great service great food and the servings/portions are huge. On the weekends plan on waiting during the breakfast/brunch time since it is always busy!
