MC&M and Geraldine Espinoza are great at managing our rental unit. Geraldine is great at communicating and goes above and beyond to find us new tenants, manages repairs, etc. We are very happy to have a trust worthy and responsible partner to help us with our rental management.

Finding a great management company is just as important, if not more important, than the actual building you reside in. Since Metro Consulting and Management took over our building, I’ve seen vast improvements in our amenities, security, and overall environment. My unit is also managed by Metro Consulting agent Geraldine and she is exceptional. She’s always available to assist when there is an urgent need. Glad to have them onboard .
