horrible customer service, man blatently lied to me.
Sold me a useless warranty that cost a few thousand dollars and when I went to use it, it expired because I was over the mileage even though the policy was good for another year , and they didn’t honor the tires for life, 6 months after I got the car it fails for tires so I spent almost 500 bucks for 4 new tires to pass inspection. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else rip off
We’ve dealt with nothing but BS problems ever since papers were signed. Going back on their word. Finding BS ways to get out of covering charges. Giving ridiculous price quotes. I would never recommend anyone to shop here.
Very Easy to work with and offered a great deal on an used Explorer I purchased from them. The salesman, Austin I worked with was very helpful and accommodating to help me get everything squared away. The staff was always very helpful and welcoming.
I wish I had read these reviews before I had purchased my vehicle I had a problem with the service done on my truck and I called Felicia and she never called me back I’m gonna go to the dodge dealer in Enfield for all my service needs for now on
Absolute worse people to deal with don’t ever go here never return phone calls we were approved through someone else so we were like Cash buyers and nothing but a run around biggest disappointment and Marlon is the worse salesman unreliable and every time I call he says he is with a customer DUH well I’m a customer too save your self go to Balise
BIGGEST POS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ! Brett is a joke and hung up on me multiple times and Marlon is the biggest jack ass I have ever seen. Save your self some issues and go somewhere else
