Worst customer service experience ever. They sold me a car (2015 25k miles) that had a broken radio. I brought it back the next day and they told me that they would order the new radio on high priority. It's been three months, 3 visits, and over 2 dozen phone calls later and the radio has still not even been ordered. It's been nothing but the run around and blame game with the service department and the salesman can care less now that the sale is done and over with. Stay far, far away!
The service, communication and professionalism of this dealership was amazing. From the sale to finance and out the door, they were extremely helpful and friendly. Satisfied customer for this family with our new vehicle!
Dan, our salesman, was amazingly helpful. He made what could have been nerve-wracking both fun and easy. I can not rate him any higher or recommend him more. He gave us many options on vehicles and also payment options. We are the type of people who like to look around at different dealerships but, Dan made it a one-stop shop.
Worst service visit ever, came for a recall and showed up a week after they didn't call me to see scratches on my charger r/t I bought 6 months prior to my visit at metro in chicopee. Service manager told me she would take care of it and detail it. I told her not to buff it out because it's a black car and you will see swirls and I get it back and wash it and noticed they buffed the entire side. Also told me I had 2000$ worth of damage I never knew about. Don't go here unless you want your car ruined!!
I bought my 4th car from them and I will buy my next car from them, They are the best, Buying a car is hard enough but these people make it so easy and fun, Thanks John in sales, and Mike in service, Go team and keep up the great work, Warren a real fan :D
