From service to sales an overall poor experience. I bought a new vehicle 50k and have been at this dealship 8 times. They scratched my car and my rim and denied it. They have failed to fix a simple dash problem and now after heavy rain I have a swimming pool on my floor. The sale guy I dealt with was great until the paperwork was signed the he could give two shits less what happened. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE

Consumer Alert, Buyer Beware! Chrysler Dodge in Chicopee refusing to stand behind mechanical failure. 2015 Dodge Ram Pick Up purchased new in April, just hit 2,000 miles and the tie rod and front front axel broke. I have been mislead by these morons for three days. I'm sitting here waiting for a vehicle that these idiots had three days to get ready and after calling and being assured by management it would be ready at 4:00 today ITS NOT READY. I'm ready to walk out and head to Balise

The work they do seems to be ok, but I wish it didn't take them so darn long to do it. My 2-3 hour routine maintenance appt is now on hour 4.5. Oil changes and tire rotations always take an hour + as well.
Doesn't get any better :-) trust me!! Go see for yourself..
