I would not recommend purchasing s car from Metro. They have poor customer service an unprofessional sales staff, they tell lies to get sale and when I, the customer returned to call them out, they spoke to me with disrespect and total disregard for their commitment. Service on the vehicle is lacking, today makes my third visit with service for the same concern. I'm going to contact consumer protection to see about enacting the lemon law
Excellent customer service. A wonderful salesman named Danny took great care of us. Buying a car can be a stressful experience. He made it painless and fun. He was very professional and considered all my wants and needs. He put me in a vehicle that best suits me.
Salesman are extremely rude and unprofessional!! I won't be returning.
I Bought my car from you guys in 2010 and I'm so glad to finally trade it in... All you people did was lie and that car was nothing but issues... So don't mail me nothing to ever come back and purchase a vehicle from you again... I can't even believe you guys are still open after being on Boston Rd in Springfield with the shitty service you had there..
Horrible customer service In the service department. Wrote a review last week and review was deleted and nobody ever messaged me or called me to discuss the matter. Would never recommend!!!!!

Terrible salesman and terrible people to work with. Greg is possibly the rudest and worst salesman I have ever dealt with. Keep up the great work guys!!
