Awful service! They quoted me over 3000 dollars in repairs for work that did not need to be done. They even told me I had to replace my tail lights at a cost of 900 dollars. Went to an honest mechanic and he told me the bulb was just loose. They must be paid on commission. Don’t go to Bertera as they are the same company!
Had my first experience buying a jeep from metro and it was the worst I experienced. Sold me a car with no title and had to wait a week, which was fine BUT I was told my payments would be a certain amount then when paperwork was done it turned out higher. When I went to pick it up I get the run around and told me oh it's being serviced and not sure if will be done, they replaced the sway bar, brakes, rotors and the rod, almost two hours later they tell me I can take the car but have to go for the alignment at town fair tire ... read more

Austin was great and went above and beyond, even bringing the Jeep Renegade I purchased to work for me! Highly recommend, financing dept was quick, easy and efficient.
Went Friday to check out a vehicle and potentially trade in on my current vehicle. I was negotiating with another dealer for a similar vehicle that wouldn’t budge. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Metro in 5 years and would definitely recommend them. Requested for the same salesman Marlon. They had room for negotiations and ultimately had my business. Metro has also addressed items out of warranty and no cost in the past. Highly recommended!
