I do not recommend METRO Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have not been treated well by sales staff or service staff. Bought a NEW 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport in March and have had problems. Only bought there because price was good. I will never accept price over service again. Not worth the headache and aggravation. Will never buy there again. I won't even have service done there again.
I've purchased 2 cars from here and it's been one of my biggest regrets. The first year of service was great but as soon as i bought my 2nd and they realized they wouldnt make anymore money off my family the service spiraled downward immediately. This dealership consistently preys on woman and banking that they don't know anything about cars.
