The main reason I like this dealership is that there is no high-pressure sales going on. The people are friendly and very punctual. I especially like the people in the service department they are fantastic. And the guy that drives the customer service van is one fantastic driver I drive for a living and I'm always critiquing the person that's driving me and he did a really good job. ���
Girlfriend put a down payment on a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Salesman said (and repeated up to 5 different times) it would take 10-12 days to get title for it. It's is now going on day number 20 and the car hasn't been touched since it was moved to the "sold" area. We went and looked at it two weeks ago and everything is still the same now. We only received one call from them to say they hadn't gotten title yet. Poor service and lack of communication on their end; main goal is to make inefficient sales commissions.
Wife bought a 13 Equinox with 59,000ish miles only to have the check engine light go on and off repeatedly and vehicle wanting to stall at every stop light after 2000 miles.When she contacted them they said that there was nothing they could do and had to go to a Chevy dealership to have it diagnosed at our cost. Way to stand being ur vehicles Metro. Wish 0 stars was a thing
I was looking to step up from my 2002 Blazer into a Jeep. I fell in love with Jeep Wranglers since I had a older one years ago. I was trying to keep my payments to a certain amount and thought the Jeep Renegade was the best bet. Low and behold our salesman Steve Wilk got me into the vehicle of my dreams. Terrible experience. If you want to be lied to and treated with a huge amount of disrespect, Then Metro is the place for you. Save your money and go elsewhere. Even if it cost more, believe me, there are WAY better dealerships in the area.
My husband and I had a great experience at Metro from the minute we walked in the doors to the day we drove off with our new GMC Terrain. We originally just went to look and "start" looking for a new Nanny Mobile for me. Steve Longey got the job done that day. He was an amazing salesperson to work with. I would recommend Metro and Steve to anyone looking for some new wheels!
