Chrysler doesn't stand by their products or their dealerships! I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler in 2011 with what was apparently an 07-09 soft top, then I get a soft top recall notice, and now they won't replace it because the wrong soft top is on the Jeep? Last time I checked Capital Dodge in CT (seller) and Metro in Chicopee (doing my recall items) both sell and represent Chrysler, but I'm getting stone walled by both, no accountability.
We were shopping for a truck for Johnny. My only complaint is the sun blasts you thru the big windows. They have you facing the window trying to talk to the salesman... Put shades on the windows please
They have had my car on and off for weeks, no one could figure out what the issue was. Mike & Felicia were working their tails off to help me and get my car fixed. My husband and I are so so so happy with they way the 2 of them handled things. They didn't stop until my car was fixed. I am so pleased with the job they did and their time and energy spent! It will not go in noticed! Thanks again guys My husband and I appreciate it!
The service department are thieves. Money was stolen from my husbands Jeep when it got serviced.
