My mother-in-law has been bringing her Chrysler to these fools for four years with battery problems costing her in excess of $2000. I recommend it to her that she go to an outside mechanic who promptly diagnose the problem, repaired it, and charged her $148. They have been leading a 90-year-old woman around by the nose charging her ridiculous an exorbitant amounts of money for a non-issue. 11/4/2020 I can't even begin to describe the disrespect, disappointment and complete waste of time I went through today with trying to purchase a used vehicle. My experience started this morning texting with the internet sales associate about a vehicle that was posted today. Really upset, had an oil change on my 2020 Durango R/T and now my engine knocks when you start it. Gonna ask for a investigation. Also my fog light was hanging. I'll go elsewhere for service. Dirty as service.

Well three strikes your out!!! I bought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from here. Immediately had issues with service department, waiting 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. On at least 3 occasions for service, I waited in the waiting area for over 2 hours for simple service. I stopped scheduling service here and received great, timely service at Bertera's in Westfield. This time, I decided I'd give them a try again and ordered another spare key, and was scheduled for 10am today. I arrived at 9:45am. I was told they are running ... read more

Very very poor customer service. Typical guys just sittin on their phones, not a woman in the building. Took over 2 weeks for them to process our credit and talk to the bank. Then Austin calls & says we’re approved, which was a lie, then another week long wait only to find out they did all of that for the WRONG CAR. Useless, you’re better off at ANY other dealership.

This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. They owe me seven grand for a lemon they agreed to buy me out of, and they refuse to pay me. They're a bunch of crooks, and management and the owner hide behind their staff members. Terrible business.

Worst dealership I’ve ever seen. My daughter bought a used car from them in December. It had mechanical issues that they attempted to repair from the time of purchase until February 18th. ( they fought tooth and nail to NOT fix it) They finally stated they could not fix it and agreed to buy it back under the lemon law. As of this day they have not paid her for the vehicle. Their service department is awful. Management does nothing but lie.
