I was given a fair estimate, the owner did every thing he promised, was on time for the estimate, always replied to my e-mails or phone calls in a timely manner. The workmen he sent were polite, professional, and did a great job with the tile and laminate flooring. I felt comfortable with the workers he sent being in my home.

Joel and his brother came to my house on a Saturday. Joel quickly discerned that my floors could not be refinished but recommended a Bona process for considerably less money than a new floor would've cost. My expectations were dubious as I'd never seen nor heard of this Bona process. Joel quoted me and stuck to the quote. The results? Astounding. From start to finish Joel did everything he promised and the floors look brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend this company based on my interaction.

These guys did an excellent job - a bit more was needed than was in the estimate and they did the extra work and did not increase the cost. I wold highly recommend.

I had laminate flooring, carpet, and tile put in with with qtr round, did not receive correct qtr round and tile job was wavy was not as good as expected. I had to finish up qtr round and tee molding for one door. Carpet on the stairs came out the best. All work was sub-contracted. Good price for laminate flooring but buy need to be descriptive about what he wants and expect. With that said I would recommend them under last condition.

We try our best to make sure ALL needed materials are on site but with the quantity of work we do sometimes we miss a few. These type reviews are good for me to see because there is NO SUCH THING as a perfect system and although we strive for perfection, sometimes we fall short. I apologize for the mix up and if you will give the office a call I would like to talk to you personally about the shortfall and how we can improve.
