Overall experience and workmanship with Metro Atl Floors, LLC was outstanding. However, there pricing for materials was overinflated. Items ordered for my job that were not used and charged for; customer should be reimbursed that amount, that is the only negative. Otherwise great job; upper level of my home was carpeted and lower level received hardwood install. Very satisfied with finished product.
They were able to schedule installation in a short period of time. Others whom I contacted had a wait time of 3-4 weeks.
When the carpet I selected did not arrive on date the mill had given and I had no carpet for my installation date, Metro Atl Floors went to work and were at my doorstep the very next day with an upgraded carpet in a heavier weight of the color I selected and they covered the difference. That's unheard of these days! The crew worked a very long hard day and did so with a great attitude. The work was done well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alan was a great project manager.

We are extremely pleased with the job Metro Atl floors did for us. Joel, The owner, came out to quote the job. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Wood flooring business. He was very insightful, providing several tips and suggestions ( we had floors refinished and new HW installed). Roger, the person in charge of the project, went out of his way to keep the house clean. He and his crew did amazing work around the fireplace and worked with us on the new color. Greg, Thanks for the review! Your project had a lot of moving parts, install of unfinished oak, refinish of existing, retrofit flush mount vents, electrical outlets added to the floor, steps. It was fairly large in spec and I'm pleased that Metro kept its time line with a great finished product.
workmanship was excellent. However don't expect any painting.

Job is completed after Joel had to jump through some hoops to get the Job as close to 100% satisfaction as possible. Trouble with obtaining the correct transitions. He even sent one of his guys to my house to try to match the floor with stained transitions but the color was a difficult color to Match. He kept his word and finished the job to my satisfaction.
