It was great to have Metro Atl do our hardwoods. They accomdated to our tight schedule and finish the job on time. Alan, was very helpful. They were able to match the new hardwood with the old engineered hardwood, which is a tough job. I would recommend them.

After speaking to four different companies and getting four quotes I decided to go with Metro to install hardwoods in three bedrooms and do a custom staircase. I was very specific about certain parts of the installation that I wanted done including a request to have all shoe mould as single runs without a split. Hired Metro Atlanta Floors to remove and replace flooring in a rental property I own in Woodstock, Ga. Fair price. Poor quality. Installers 4 hours late with no call regarding delay. Calls to salesperson and office were ignored. Supposed to take 1 day. On 2nd day, I had to call and raise he** with the installer just to get him to go back and finish what should have been finished the day before. The sales rep/estimator came out very soon after calling. He was a very professional and excellent presenter who got us to make the purchase of wood flooring for our living and dining rooms, entry way and hall, and our powder room. The two workmen were expert installers who didn't stop until it was completed - one day. Outstanding job done by all. I would highly recommend this company!!
They were wonderful, even though they had to do a few extra things, they stayed at the original price quote , they bore the exta expense. I highly recommend
Did a fine job for a very reasonable price
I needed carpet and tile installed. The carpet job was done with a quick turnaround and their quote was in line with other companies. However, my tile job is still not done and won't be. I was told the tile installer was busy and it would be a few weeks before I could get on the schedule. I had to check in with them 3x before the tiler called.
