Great experience entire process. Fantastic job. I had an entire 2 floors of carpet replaced with site finished hardwoods (~2500 sq ft) plus two flights of stairs. Needless to say, I was very particular about the company I chose to do the install. After meeting with a number of pros, Metro gave me the most confidence while still being very competitive. Rob, your project was fairly large in scope and these by nature can get tricky sometimes. I'm glad to hear that not only did the schedule stay on course but the end result met/beat expectation. I like this review because of the mention of the revisit. Metro is not perfect and we don't claim to be but we try our best to get the job right the first time. In some cases we miss something but pride ourselves in not leaving people stranded even after payment has been made. Thanks! and congrats on your floors!

Took them a little less than two days to remove carpet and laminate floor and install new engineered hardwood for a 1000 square foot condo. Ed and Cleo were professional and completed the project with efficiency and professionalism. Even cleaned up with a full mop after the project was completed. Overall excellent work!

The sales man was nice, helpful & patient. The carpet install went great, no complaints. The wood install was a bit of an issue due to lack of communication between sales & install (in my opinion) & took longer than necessary. While it looks nice I have concern at what seemed like shortcuts taken. The installers were nice, respectful & cleaned up after themselves. They started my floors over 2 weeks ago after some run around about the supplies not arriving on time for the guys to start working. They started tearing up my floors at 8 am and the floor finally arrived around 2:30 pm. They only arrived with 1/2 of the floor. Came back later to deliver the rest. Still didn't deliver the transitions. Communication is bad. The work is beautiful but I was promised the job would be complete in one day and definitely before Thanksgiving. The problem was in communication. They did not show up several times when arranged, no call to explain or reschedule. The workers were great but they go where and when they are sent.

We try our best to properly manage every project but do fall short from time to time. Although customer service is priority one with Metro, in your case we failed and I'm sorry for that. great service and right on the quote, no additional services/monies were requested after the project was discussed/quoted. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. I collected 4 quotes from individuals coming to my home to see the project. I made the decision within the same week and they started on Monday.
