Wonderful company that does wonderful work. Had our entire upstairs carpet replaced with hardwood and its amazing. Also had our front stairs done and their stair guys are one of a kind. Absolutely would use again!

I'm very satisfied with the job done from beginning to end. James came out right away, Was very professional and managed to stay within my budget. The Installers, Ed Cleo, and Carlos were terrific, They did an excellent job, were very friendly, and before they left cleaned up and put everything back in place. I would definitely use Metro ATL Floors for any future floor projects and would also recommend them to my friends

NWFA certified like the rest but on top, he's a really good person. No comment necessary! Another 5 star review of Metros refinish work. Over the course of time standards for finish/refinish work have gone down. Not Metro's! Our NWFA certified sand and finishers I consider to be the best in Atlanta. I could go on about my sand and finish techs but I'll let your 5 stars tell the story! some questionable areas in installation

As you know as soon as I was made aware of the fastener issue with your installation I came out immediately. Sometimes with a thinner product the techs have to move slower and in the case of your floor I had a tech that was going too fast. I feel the end result is a solid floor that I was so comfortable with that I was happy to extend your installation warranty. They came late to give us a estimate and were late every day doing the job, and on top of that didn't finish. Finally have me a major discount saying they weren't able to send anyone to finish it for us.

Jorge was a perfectionist, he wanted the floors to be the best they could be. He cares about his work which is rare to find in this business. I had previously used Mr. Sandless and Fabulous Floors and they claimed they did the best they could. Jorge did the best, honest and fair. He did not ask us for additional money when. he had to spend more for extra finishing products so we ga.,be him extr because we wanted to.

The sales people were very knowledgeable and easy to work with and their estimate was for a good price. The installation crew was very professional and the installation went quickly. They installed a very large area in one long day when the estimate was for a day and a half, but did not do a perfect cleanup job. After spending some time the next day cleaning glue spots from the floor, we called them back to look at the floor and tell us what to do. It's how we handle things when they come up that I feel separates us from other companies. An issue was noticed, we were made aware and promptly made it right! They were prompt on initial appt, brought samples to the home and prepared our estimate quickly. Once on site the crew were very professional and installed new laminate floors in the entire house in a day , were very knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them!
