Al Crouch I was admitted on Oct 4 2013, due to a TIA and on the 5th day of treatment, suffered a heart attack. After a heart cath, my kidneys went on the blink. Eight dialysis treatment and 15 days later, I went home. The treatment by the nurses, techs and doctors was second to none in my estimation. Staff on both the fifth and fourth floor treated my family and I with unheard kindness and grace. By far the best hospital I've ever been too, the staff all the way from the employee working the registration desk, to the RN , Doctor, xray and CT scan to the medication distributor and the billing /Insurance dept were phenomenal in every way from the being the most knowledgeable and competent I have ever been treated by but also the most pleasant and delightful group of people I have ever encountered in any service situation period.
Many thanks to the ER staff and Dr. Reading, who took excellent care of my mother last night after she fell and hit her head on the sidewalk. Although she now looks like a technicolor raccoon, she suffered no serious injuries. Dr. Reading and the entire ER staff were courteous, comforting and very competent in their treatment of her. Thank you all, so much!
