Worst employee turnover rate i've ever seen at a healthcare facility. The outpatient bone marrow transplant center on Medical drive is run very poorly with terrible employee support. Management is lacking in professionalism and has experienced approximately 75% nurse turn over in last year.
I've had colonoscopy and gall bladder surgery at Medina Regional Hospital in past month. Both were very positive experiences. Surgery nurses are awesome! They were very attentive and helpful. Interaction with other staff was very positive as well.
The team at Forte give you HOPE that things WILL get better, treatment is necessary to get lymphedema under control and this is the BEST place to get it,the staff always puts uour needs first,love them ,thanks for everything! !

They have the best staff of doctors and nurses that I have had the pleasure of them taking care of me. I would recommend this hospital to all of my family and friends. They are loving and caring facility. I praise God for blessing me with the nurses and doctors that I have.
