I was admitted to Metropolitan Dec. 5, 2016, I was 43 years old and had had a stroke. All of the staff, from the time I was admitted to my discharge today have been absolutely wonderful and helpful in every way!! Dr. Santos who takes care of the rehab unit, I have to tell you and all your staff that i am so very thankful for all that you all taught me. I will be able to utilize the skills in my home life. I will never be able to thank you all enough for helping me get my life back!!!!!😍
Very good service, everyone was great to deal with. Hospital was very clean.
You cannot line the hallways with people in gurneys seeking help and call that medical care. I checked myself out ADA with chest pains after being held in a busy, noisy hallway for almost 8 hours. I was told i was recommended for admission but it would by 6 to 24 hours before i would be out of the hall. The lack of sleep in that busy area was not good for my health either! This is medicine Aleppo style. Drunks, psychos, snorers, bright lights and noise shared the hall with me Tuesday night. Go to Baptist.

If you have to have prodedure, this is the place! Everything from admission through recovery the were fabulous!!!

NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to Northeast Methodist its DIRTY. The nurse spilled medicine on the floor and me and just walked alway and didn't come back to clean the floor or even offer me a napkin!! staff sucks! On top of that people literally come out of there room yelling for help! And that's if you have a room and not lined up in the hallway! Staff doesn't care at all and service sucked!!!
