Well manner but not following procedures or explaining patients what they are doing. No compassionate care as they advertise.
I was just discharged today from here. I'm an out of town resident of Ohio that happened to get really ill while I was in town. The night nursing staff were GREAT!!! The E.R. Nurse Gladys was so sweet, caring and patient. I can say the same for my nurses Leyna, and Monica. Along with My PCAs Kati and Stephanie. Made an horrible experience getting sick away from home so much more pleasant. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart.
