If you have to go to the ER, this is the only one we'll go to. Fabulous, caring professionals. Our 5-year old daughter felt genuinely pampered. And we had great confidence in the diagnosis and treatment. Who knew a distal radial fracture could be addressed so quickly, efficiently and more. Thanks Metropolitan Methodist Emergency Center. Reagan told us on the way home she wants to be an ER doctor. We're cool with that.

This has been the worse experience. The charge nurse, Dean, was rude because we asked for a room instead of being in the bed in the hall and said we can leave, told dr I was leaving but didn't tell him it was because he said to. I was convinced to stay by doctor. And now the nurse just asked if they took my lab when I checked in cause she has to track it down. I'm regretting staying.

My father has been in here since the 11th, we have had excellent nurses until today. I arrived at 2 pm today and immediately went to the nurses desk and asked to speak to his nurse. I was told she was in another patients room and would come speak to me as soon as she was done with that patients. It is now 6:22 pm and she has yet to make an appearance in his room. His IV machine alarm has been sounding for over 2 hours. I am not happy!
Horrible, 7 hours and counting in ER (2nd visit here within 4 days because symptoms got even worse) and no doctor has stopped by just the RN. They have everyone in chairs for hours and 3 patients to a room. Do NOT Go here, I have never had an ER experience as bad as here!
