Very quick to process your insurance and collect the copay; then proceeds to leave patients in hall without means to ring for assistance. Unprofessional demeanor of staff. Also contracted MRSA here on a previous visit. Should have driven downtown!

First, the receptionist has always been kind and polite to me. She always has a smile for me when I approach the counter and is always fast and efficient. The staff, in general, have aways been very nice and taken great care of me. Some are all business, but still polite and professional, while others get my weird sense of humor and laugh with me while getting tests done, some of which can be very uncomfortable, and put me at ease. The Staff,Housekeeping, Nurses, Doctors are the BEST and so Kind and Considerate to make sure you are OK. I had nurses sit with me till I could sleep I was so worried about everything. I respect each and everyone of them and owe them my gratitude and so many Thanks for being here today.

Waiting to be seen but as I sit here I see the staff rushing to help everyone, i wanna take this time to thank y'all and as for the people complaining just to get work off I wanna apologize for the scene they made. When your at an ER expect to wait they go by how bad a person is. If you have a sniffle they will see you last. Lord I'm in a room full of whining people while I'm sick in the corner. But thank you I've seen y'all 3 times this week and all have been good experiences
