I am 53 and needed a kidney after 7 years on Dialysis. They called me up one day. And took me 4 hours to get to San Antonio from the Valley. They were waiting for me. Everything went great. I was home in 4 days. Great job ..
The staff, doctors and nurses are very polite and the patients come first. I had both of my kids there and any time I have an emergency Methodist hospital is where I go. I've always been pleased with there service
It was very busy, but effecient. For the number of people there, I was surprised how fast it went!!
Got taken care of, the wait was kind of long due to many people in ER.
I truly appreciated the staff on the 5th floor, they were amazing. The rooms were clean and even the food was good, it was a pleasant stay.:-)
Kind sweet ppl that make u as comfortable as possible!!
