They've been taking care of me for over 10 years. They're experts at Manual Lymphedema Massage (MLD) therapy! They are also great friends! This is the only time I ever look forward to medical appointments! I urge any fellow vets with lymphedema to be treated here. They also take Veterans Choice (TriWest). My only problems getting work done have to do with VA bureaucracy, which they can cut through, too.
I had the worst experience there. Now my daughter is having a bad one. I was there in July for surgery as I broke my femur in 3 places. I had to have surgery putting in a rod and screws. I laid there in paid because the nurse ignored me and didn’t call dr for pain meds. I laid in my own poop because they put me on bed pan and forgot me. They didn’t change my sheets for 3 days. This has to be the absolute worst hospital. No one would voluntarily go there. They have to get patients from ER.

Omg... major HIPPA violations all over the place there! I wish I could post pictures. They now put you in a "cube" with a thin piece of something add then another cube. So, too the left of me was a man with really bad cellulitis draining on a towel on the floor. That nasty towel was still there when I left 2 hours and 45 minutes later. I was told I'd get antibiotic and pain medication... never happened. Girl too the next of me was involved in car accident.
