Been to cardiology two times now for my infant daughters... both times, the wait was over an hour. Both times the staff was unapologetic... the only difference for the second visit was that the waiting room smelled terribly like second hand smoke. I recommend going somewhere else.
Omg... major HIPPA violations all over the place there! I wish I could post pictures. They now put you in a "cube" with a thin piece of something add then another cube. So, too the left of me was a man with really bad cellulitis draining on a towel on the floor. That nasty towel was still there when I left 2 hours and 45 minutes later. One of the most professional up to date Hospitals I've been in. The care staff from the sanitation Engineers to the intake nurses to the bedside nurses doctors assistance students everyone is so professional and so welcoming and concerned for your well-being and will take as much time as you need for them to take if you have any questions issues whatever the case may be.I've never seen rush or ignored or felt like just another number. I can't even begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Washington for the excellent care I have received from him. After seeing him for many years, I recently moved 150 miles away. So I was trying to get under the care of a new Gynecologist. But I had a very bad experience with that new doctor in my new town. I was very fortunate to be able to see Dr. Washington again yesterday, who gave me a clean bill of health regarding the issues the other doctor was trying to say I had. I can't tell you how relieved I am!
Shout out to the staff on 5 North at our sister hospital and the first hospital I ever worked at, Methodist on Floyd Curl. My husband had surgery and the care the nurses gave him is equal to what I would have given him. They treated my family as their family. Additionally I noticed that many of the same staff was there back when I worked there. Low turnover on a nursing floor says a lot about how well that floor is run. Excellent job 5N
We showed up to the ER, it was complicated getting to the adult er but we found it, my husband a stage 4 pancreatic cancer patient was taken in immediately. The ER room was not as clean as I would expect it to be, the floors & the walls needed a thorough cleaning but my concern was my husband. We only waited a little over 9 hours for a room upstairs. Everyone from the moment we walked in were helpful & polite. My huband was well taken care of by lots of friendly caring people. Thank You.
RecommendedBest care givers anywhere. All are proactive, professional, compassionate. God placed us right where we needed to be.
My husband been in the E.R for 24 hours and counting because he tested positive for the flu and he needs a private room. The problem I have with that, a facility that size with about 300 hundreds beds don't have private rooms!!! LIES!
