RecommendedYes. Dr. Loftin and staff are so great! I wish that I found her to deliver my other children. I still am amazed about how smart she is. I wish that I am that intelligent. No complaints just gratefulness.
My pt satisfaction is very poor. I was disgusted with the poor communication, poor cleanliness of the facility, and poor infection control. So many red flags going off in my head and I made a list during our ED visit. I am contacting administration offices, HQ, and will make sure my experiences and observations get noted and addressed. As a healthcare professional, certain things get drilled into you as Do's and don't's. Wow I have never seen such carelessness and shortcuts. Disgustingly amazed. Choose your hospital wisely.

They have given me excellent care with my lymphademina. Rachel has a great staff who are warm and caring. I would highly recommend Forte to anyone that needs physical therapy.

My 75 yr old mother was there for 4 days..they never changed her sheets..swept..or mopped...the sheer with blood was on the floor and an a young male kicked it all the way to the corner and left it there..She was forgotten about when assisted to the RR. She was told she had to call in her meals herself..was told shed be out by 4pm and want discharged till 9:30 pm...was told they were waiting for a driver to deliver her machine she was to take home and when driver finally arrived he said the order was not called in till 6:30.... read more
The staff here are awesome. Was referred there after my breast cancer surgery for lymphadema. They are friendly and compassionate
Just spent 45 minutes at the Northeast ER to be told "I am not sure what is going on" I was being discharged at the same time as the guy came to register me and stating that I needed to pay $200.00. I saw the doc for 5 minutes then they put me in the hallway to wait. IF it gets worse I am suppose to come back so another doctor can tell me the same thing? I thought doctors were suppose to find out what was wrong before sending you home, not just speculate on what was going on.
