If you’re experiencing the worst sore throat and ear ache in your life and have never used these people, but always felt good that they were “around the corner, just in case” only to find blazoned across their front doors. No sore throats, no running nose patients allowed. I feel like I self medicated for 5 days and only when I could no longer take the excruciating pain, did I go to the clinic. My sister had surgery at the Methodist hospital in the medical center. Details of her surgery were discussed outside of the hospital and it actually got back to her by one of her coworkers. Her privacy was violated by someone that had been in the surgery. I have made multiple phone calls to report this HIPPA violation and have been referred to 3 different people. RecommendedI will be forever grateful. The nurses and Doctors were so great.The nurses were always there for me. I had a chest tube and everytime I called them they were always prompt and caring. I thank everyone for such a great job. I owe you my life .
RecommendedThis hospital ER was exceptional!!! I got a call the day after being in the the ER making sure I was feeling better, then I get home(I live in Iowa) to a letter of thanks for using the hospital!! You never have that kind of service anymore! Lisa the RN was amazing in calming my nerves and making me feel like I was the only patient there!
