We left very satisfied and my daughter was feeling sooo much better then when we walked in! No waiting after checking in!! Fast diagnosis & Treatment!!

RecommendedMy mother was hospitalized again on the 18th of July and had another emergency surgery the following Sunday! I am so grateful for the nursing staff on the east wing for taking such great care of her! She can be a pill at times but Super-G knows her mind and loves the entire staff at Stone Oak Methodist! To all the Doctors, Nurses, PCA’s, RT, PT, OT, Nutritionists, Admitting and Housekeeping a BIG THANK YOU! ❤️ This is the Best hospital in San Antonio! My apologies if I left anyone out! 🙏🏻💕Superb Team!
Crap bedside manner. If they are busy, you are a complete inconvenience. Save your money and go elsewhere.
RecommendedDr. Loftin and her staff are the absolute best! She discusses your care in detail and provides the best options and her staff is so professional and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I had the worst customer experience last week at the E.R. and I asked by messenger for a contact person to file my complaint and I still don't know who to contact.
I have been sitting here since 1:30pm that I was transferred and no one responds properly. 40 minute wait to have my nurse come in and it’s now 11:30pm and I am still waiting for an MRCP. Yet I can hear people laughing and talking having a grand old time. I came here because I’m sick not on vacation or a cruise. Horrible and unacceptable service.
