How does a Hospital loose a patient blood work and the lead RN was extremely rude when I asked her to contact me Her name Michelle Masi, she has no right holding lead nurse position!!!!!! I’m filling a major complaint!!!!!
Better Doctors. Also allow South Texas Rural Health Doctors into the hospital, one of which is located 1/4 mile away. Some have good reputations but when you go in for outpatient surgery ( hernia) and end up staying overnight from a med vac tube having to be put in shouldn't the Doctor pay that patient a courtesy visit within a reasonable amount of time and not 22 hours later? Nurses were great but you could frustration on their faces.

Once you’ve been seen they stick you in another waiting room for hours! Your whole business for everyone to hear and see. You’re either sitting in a chair in the hallway getting IV infusion or on a stretcher in the hallway puking up your guts and the staff just keeps on walking. No status updates. No compassion.
