RecommendedI w/in the hospital for a couple of days, home now & resting. (Nothing to do w/the virus.) I w/have some surgery in the near future when this virus panic slows down. For now, I pay attention to myself & take it easy. Even though it felt very eerie being in an almost empty hosptial, I had an EXCELLENT medical team, from housekeeping all the way up to technicians, nurses, surgeons, etc. Let’s remember to thank them for their kindness & hard work, today & everyday. why are ya'll unnecessarily exposing your employees. Then when they bring symptoms home to the spouse the employee is suspended for 14 days without pay? #kens5

Patient spends more time waiting. Went in went through triage, placed in waiting room. Called back for ultrasound, brought back to waiting room. Was told it would take an hour to receive final results. Change in nursing staff. Nurse comes to waiting room, gives me results of ultrasound. Bottom line the professionalism of nurses need to be improved. There was no concern for individual patient. Was not placed in exam room, did not see a dr. , results were not discussed in private. This review is not just for the emergency room but about the hospital in general. From the ER to registration and to the nursing staff during my husband’s hospital stay. Methodist Hospital Northeast has proven to be caring and knowledgeable We cannot say enough positive things about this facility It has not always been that way so can speak from an objective point of view.
