My daughter hit her head New Year’s Eve . I was not in my right mind. Upon arrived I give them my insurance and ask them to check if in network and what copay. They said they will get to it. No ! They went through the treatment as if they will take my insurance like no problem. Then at the end a lady come ask me to sign some document and told me it’s not in net work. RecommendedAs a wife and care giver of husband who was recently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, I have to say if you are going to be in the hospital which we have been a lot since diagnosed, Methodist has been the best. The 8th floor oncology nurses are angels from heaven! We are on the blood side because overflow but thankful as God sent us many AMAZING nurses but 2 truly stand out! I am currently at main Methodist for Open Heart Surgery and the pain management was worse than an interrogation room. Then they take me out of ICU to a tiny two bedroom area that is too small for family to visit and hot like a sweat box. This has been the absolute worse health care experience in my life! Yes let’s stress out a patient that just had heart surgery, that makes total sense!!
