Wgile visiting my relatives, they always apeear to be so nice and caring when it comes to their patients.
They never even asked for my list of medications even when I offered it. I was there for four hours and told them I have had an axcruciating headache for two days. They told me they would give me something for it and upon signing the discharge papers they finally gave me something. My head was still pounding as I walked out the door. I felt like I was rushed out with no real concern of how I was feeling.
They got me in and out and told me what's the problem was
My visit to Methodist Charlton was great. I didn't have to sta in the waiting room a long . The staff was courteous and kind. It's been a long time since I've been to an emergency room and was satisfied with everything . Great Job. Keep up the good work.
MY BABY SON IS BETTER... CAN'T COMPLAINT. GOD IS GOOD.
If I or someone I knew were to be bleeding out of their eyeballs I wouldn't recommend coming to this ER but it's like night/day going over to the maternity center. My wife has had both of our sons here and we have been nothing but extremely pleased. From the doctors, nurses, other staff, everything. They have all been nothing but polite & prompt. Food is great here and everything is very clean. Keep up the good work to everyone at the maternity center! Thank you for everything you did.
The staff is amazing. I've never been treated better at any hospital. Extremely on top of my meds and helping me heal. The nurse saw me cry as I was in a lot of pain and she hugged me. The compassion I've been shown is top notch and superior. God bless this staff. I'd be dead if it was not for you.
They took good real good care of me, the time I got there to the time I got discharged
Had a very good experience on my ER visit! The wait time was not long, despite the ER being FULL on a sunday night! The triage nurse was friendly, caring, patient and very knowledgeable! Dr Tanaka.. WOW!!! Exceptional treatment, great bedside manners, was easy to talk to, did everything he said he was going to do, FAST! Did a follow up call with pending results himself! Overall A+ Dr. Tanaka!! Thank you for everything!! Great experience!
