At first I was really nervous because I had read so many bad reviews. Then I realized those bad reviews were mostly for the ER. My experience was with the day surgery team and it was wonderful. Each person introduced themselves as they came into the room and explained what their job was and how it pertained to me. I had to abstain from all pharmaceuticals prior to the surgery and I was in pain really bad that morning. They acknowledged the pain and worked as quickly as possible to get me comfortable and ready for surgery. Fr... read more
Great Hospital with wonderful, caring, and professional staff. Each patient room is a private room with plenty of space and a sofa/bed for family member to sleep on. Very clean.
I've been there before several times and service was bad but this time it was great was in & out with in a hour everyone was very attended to the patient the nurses & Doctors were kind
I have made several trips to Methodist Charlton Medical to visit my dad Lee Harper they have awesome Nurses
Didn't like the service of a person that is having an allergic reaction to something. You thought they would have made sure that whatever it was you would stop itching. Let's just say I am still itching and in pain. Plus the ambulance ride there was horrible as well.
I love this hospital they are always nice n they listen to every word u say.... wonderful staff....
Very pleased with the care & attention that my mother 'Trevella Monk' has received here. They are up top of everything going on with her. I'm so glad we chose to bring her here. Thank you nurses & staff.
Nothing in your snack machine is worth a 1.50 I know your game y'all take forever so we get hungry and make us buy your over priced bs.
