This has been the worse experience ever at this hospital with my mother. I will be filing a formal complaint.
Very good attend you right away check up on you all the time love the service treats you so perfect grandpa says he likes it here lol �
Appalled at the way my brother was not taken care of at the ER. He just completed his second round of chemo and was told by his oncologist-who has privileges-that he was to go to the ER if the nausea and vomiting got so bad that he needed fluids. So he goes in the late evening to be told it would be a 7 hour wait and that there were no isolation rooms he could stay in, he would need to wait in the lobby with everyone else! My father came here today at 3pm through emergency by his doctor. ER Dr told him at 7 he would be admitted. It is now 11pm and we are still in the little ER room. Nurse says they are waiting for a room. We have been here 8 hours, my dad is 74 years old. To me this is just unacceptable. But what do I know, I'm just a daughter trying to make sure my dad gets the best care... I don't feel comfortable about this choice.
