they called the day of the follow up, yearly appointment and canceled due to not having the Dexa scan that was done before the first appointment a year ago. they stated that because they werent afilliated with my regular healthcare provider they needed to have the scan done before the appointment. So how did they determine my issues a year ago? They gave the usual song and dance so I will have my primary care provider find me someone else.
Had an appt scheduled a year in advanced. Got a phone call about appt reminder and it was confirmed. Office called the day OF the appointment to cancel it.

DONE WITH THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE. I LEFT A VM A WEEK AND A HALF AGO ABOUT A PRESCRIPTION THAT HAD A HIGH CO PAY FOR ME. I REQUESTED THAT THEY CHANG IT TO SOMETHING THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD COVER. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK FROM A WEEK AND A HALF AGO, TODAY I CALL TO GET IT SITUATED AND NICOLE TELLS ME THAT AMY IS UNABLE TO CALL IN ANOTHER SCRIPT.
