I was greeted and seen promptly and courteously. Dr. Messer was completely thorough and conservative in his initial treatment. Totally professional and gave me options instead of immediately opting for surgery. I would recommend going to Dr. Messer to friends and family, for sure! The entire staff was super pleasant and friendly.
Yes. Courteous, friendly, explained my issue and explained my therapy in a caring, concise manner. The therapist was also very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Messer was very thorough. I felt I was given the time and attention I needed and am very happy with the treatment plan.
I have no idea why Dr Messer told me not to ever return???? what happened??? I was confused about the changing position of my finger from palm down to palm up but at almost 80 I do get confused especially when I am nervous. Maybe I could have marked the correct finger? What happened? I am really upset about the experience.

Absolutely I’d recommend Dr. Messer! I consider myself very fortunate to have such an outstanding doctor. Great receptionist! She was friendly and kind plus very good at her job. The nurse Wendy was professional and cordial.
Dr. Messer was very thorough in his examination. He took time to listen and diagnose my issue.
Dr. Messer is personable, engaging, and takes time to listen before recommending a plan of action. I've had minor surgery to remove a cyst from my finger and highly recommend his services and care.
