Dr. Messer treated me when I fell at work and broke my wrist in three places. He is very gentle with his patients and understands. I would recommend him to a friend.
Outstanding for carpel tunnel surgery!
I've had a great outcome so far (8weeks out) with my hand surgery for Dupuytren's contracture. I had the injection a few years ago and I was not satisfied with the result. I have a very high bar for hand surgeons as I know and have worked in the field. Dr. Messer is an excellent surgeon.
Dr Messer has performed two surgeries on me. One on my shoulder and one on my wrist and elbow. I would never go to anyone else. Great Doctor and staff.
Dr Messer is a very good doctor and surgeon. He is very attentive, listens to what you are saying, and a generally nice guy. He treated a problem wtih my hand that had been mishandled by a doctor at another practice. The results were great. I higly recommend him.

Dr. Messer is an excellent physician. He always takes time to thouroughly explain your injury and type of recovery you will go through. He is never in a hurry and will always answer any questions. The staff at Raleigh Hand are excellent also. Always friendly and quick to have any answers to questions that may arise.
unfortunately i made an error in my previous review. i cannot emphasize enough how much i enjoyed my visits with Dr. Messer. he has always been extremely professional, courteous, and willing to listen to my concerns. the entire staff hs shown professional conduct and friendliness. i will definitely recommend Dr. Messer to my friends.....in fact, i already have.
Dr Messer is a VERY personable guy and VERY professional and skilled physician. He surgically relieved me from the intense pain and suffering caused by carpel tunnel syndrome in both wrists. He also recently did surgery to relieve a pinched nerve in my right elbow and the numbness it caused in my fingers. I can guarantee that you'll like Dr. Messer. I found him to have ALL the attributes that I've ever wanted my ideal doctor to have. I'm sure that you will too. Give his office a call.
