I have been suffering with severe pain in my thumb joints and fingers due to osteoarthritis in my hands. Dr. Messer's diagnosis and treatment provided me with relief from the severe pain and has allowed me to resume some of the activities I really enjoy! Dr. Messer and his staff were very, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic and I highly recommend them.
I have the utmost confidence in Dr Messer! He spends time examining and listening during office visits and has never come across as in a hurry. I had great results from my surgery. His office staff is typically friendly, and responsive in a timely manner. I was impressed with the Capital City Surgery Center where my procedure took place as well.
Everyone is very professional, caring, courteous and prompt. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Messer. Dr. Messer was highly recommended. I am pleased with the surgery and outcome.
I can not say enough about the excellent care I received for my right hand, through surgery and rehabilitation, January, 2018. I now have full use with no burning sensation of ligaments & tendon due to trigger finger. Now the left hand has been injected for similar condition and I'm confident it will respond as well. I am immensely appreciative to Dr. Messer. And Thank You, Raleigh Hand Center.

Dr. Messer attended to my palm when I had put a piece of wood through it. He was very attentive and thorough in the end. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional for a hand related injury. As an afterthought, doctors are very busy individuals with a heavy weight on their shoulders and some people forget they are trying to help you with your problem while also helping many others as well. The entire process to date has been great with Dr. Messer and his staff. From making my initial appointment through my hand surgery, everything has been awesome to date. Dr. Messer's entire staff is friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable. My surgery on my left hand has been very successful to date. I have the upmost trust that my right hand surgery will go just as well or better.
Dr Messer was kind,respectful and very knowledgeable about my condition,I have already recommended him to a family member with hand problems.
