Originally Dr. Messer was recommended to me because my 80 year old mother had a fall and required surgery and rehab after that procedure. He and his office did a wonderful job and nursed her back to health. I was so impressed, I went back for myself in a muscular/rotator cuff problem for myself. I trust his judgement and am currently on his plan of service of rehab before my surgery.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Never had to wait more tan 5 minutes
My visit was as perfect as a visit to the doctor can be! The staff was great, extremely attentive and my appointment started exactly on time. Dr. Messer is outstanding and amazes me with his knowledge and calming bedside manner. He has my problem well under control.
Thorough exam w/ recommendations
I didn't feel like I was treated as a patient or even a human being. I was told that, "I knew what to do and wanted it to be told by a doctor." And when I replied that I wanted to know if there were treatment options that I was unaware of, he said "Vitamin D." Wow. Thank you for wasting my time. I'm pretty sure I'm just a check in his pocket from my insurance company, instead of an actual patient.
