Professional and thorough approach to patient care. Went to Dr Messer for a shoulder injury and was treated very well . I got X-rays quickly on site. The doctor and all the staff are great.
Dr. Messer is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how he can help. He is very caring and has the best bedside manner I’ve ever had.
I was seen as soon as I filled out the paperwork. Dr. Messer greeted me was very charming and allowed me to explain my situation given me time he gave me a thorough examination. What stood out to me is that knowing my x-rays would be difficult to get, he checked in, for a doctor that is unusual. My x-ray tech was also very very good. I have trusted Dr. Messer for over a decade. I have had numerous treatments including surgeries. Dr. Messer is a consummate professional, He is personable, thoughtful, thorough and on time. All this with a sense of humor! He has also performed a complicated surgery on my wife's wrist. She shares my comments about Dr. Messer/.
This doctor is refreshing, he goes.over everything with a fine tooth comb. He doesn't take chances and knows everything there is about the shoulder. His time tables are dead on.
Always polite, patient and listens to his patients intently. Explains and records visits same day. Makes certain you are comfortable with explanations of treatment and care
The arm that I had broken last summer started to hurt badly and I wondered if I had rebroken it. I called the office to ask for an appointment with Dr. Messer. After patiently listening to my situation, they worked me in with him that afternoon. He examined my arm, shoulder and neck, explained what was happening (it wasn’t a re-break), and offered me 3 options for how to treat it. I am very pleased with this office and with Dr. Messer’s care.
If you have to go, this is the place! My visits are great from entering the front door to leaving. The staff is very accomodating, professional, knowledgeable and keep you on schedule.
Everyone you encounter is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Messer listens, asks questions and inspires confidence.
