Quick, Quality Service – Very impressed. Sent out a few e-mails in a panic as my mom was coming into town and my place was a mess. Mess Maids responded within 2 hours! It was great! They delivered the goods at a high quality and fair price. The cleaning was fantastic. 3 maids came by Friday afternoon and started to work immediately as my mom and sister were due only a couple of hours after their arrival. COMMERCIAL CLEANING – Surprised to see the negative reviews on here. Mess Maid Right NW performs our building cleaning for our automotive shop in Oregon City. They take care of our lobby, bathrooms, office, floors, and windows. They are very affordable, trustworthy, and detail oriented. Have never had any issues with contact or scheduling. They show up promptly twice a week. Very satisfied with their hard work and Danny's upbeat attitude. Highly recommend their commercial services.
$135.00 Bi-Monthly Cleaning – Pleased with all their services. I see Rebecca and team every other week on Thursday mornings. They do a full general clean of my condo in thePearl District. They provide all green cleaning supplies, tools, and vacuum to get the job done right. High prices, but amazing results which makes it worth the spending. Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about cleaning procedures and cleaning tips. Have met both owners on different occasions and they seem like swell people.
NON RESPONSIVE – I bought a groupon last fall for Mess Maid and was looking forward to using it this summer, unfortunately it doesnt appear that is going to happen. The groupon expires at the end of August and I ahve been trying to reach Mess Maid for the last 3 weeks via email and voicemail messages. No one ever gets back to me. Maids didn't show up again – Scheduled a cleaning for Saturday afternoon. I wanted them here at 1:pm as I had another appointment. They insisted they be here a 12:30. I cut my massage short to be here. I waited until 1:30 and called no answer, emailed them and they called back and told me they would get back to me. Maids a no-show – Made an appointment for a full cleaning and a estimate for monthly service. They did not show up at all. Later they sent an email canceling the appointment retroactively. They did not call me, and all calls to them went to voicemail.
