Move-Out Cleaning – I'm blessed to have found this cleaning firm. They clean our home regularly and do such a great job. I initially found them through Craigslist a few years back when we needed our new home cleaned and have used them ever since. Edgar and his team of cleaners are in charge of cleaning of our home and they're extremely thorough and pleasurable.
I needed a last minute cleaning and this company delivered an estimate quickly and had a team of 3 cleaners within 12 hours of initial contact. Their cleaning was an A+++++. Cleaners were friendly and worked efficiently and quickly to give us back a clean home.
I was signed up for their bi-weekly cleaning service for 5 months. The very first 'detail' clean had one horrible mistake, a few obvious missed spots and some good results. The glaring mistake was cleaning my vinyl floors with Murphy Oil. I had made it clear in the pre-cleaning interview with Denisse that these were vinyl floors and I wanted them cleaned with a vinegar solution. Somehow, that information got lost. I had Mess Maid clean originally with a Groupon. I have had two other services clean at cut rate prices and it just is not worth it. Mess Maid is on time, and does a sparkling job.
I purchased a Living Social voucher and have been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 3 months, but they have been completely unresponsive (won't return my appointment requests made on their website, nor my phone calls). At this point, I am going to contact Living Social and attempt to get my money back - I was hoping to turn them in to my regular cleaning service (figured the voucher was a good way to try them out), but based on their lack of customer service, I have no desire to do any business with them.
Very disappointing customer service. I purchased 3 hours of cleaning through Groupon only to discover immediately after the cleaning that they had caused permanent floor damage to our new wood floors. They left a large scrape in the wood (1" x 1/2") deep enough to penetrate through the dark stain, reveal natural wood and leave a jagged edge on one side. I had a pre-paid cleaning scheduled from this company on March 30th. After reading that if I was not around when they showed up it was a heafty fine I made sure I was at my house for the 2 hour time block. They never showed and I have tried to contact them many times over the past 2 weeks and no one has contacted me back. I cannot get my money back either. I am VERY disappointed! I wanted to solve this and have them come another day but they are not answering the phone or returning my calls.
Initial Deep Cleaning, Great Start! – Best Cleaning Service. Found them on the Redirect Guide of Portland/Vancouver. I needed an initial cleaning service done for my 3 bed 2 bath home that consists of my wife and I and our large Siberian Husky Dog. Tricky service and non communicative – They are not very communicative. At first they didn't confirm the time and day they were coming. Second when I called and left msgs they didn't return my msgs claiming I was calling from an 800 number. I was calling from work, but at least return my msgs and I was leaving my cell number. Forget that, they DID show up and commented "oh your place was dirtier than we thought" and "we took pictures" I said okay I told you that it was Dirty because of male roommates. Sorry to say this, but you clearly were not over charged. If they provided you 3 hours and then an additional 3 hours, that's 6 hours of cleaning and $180.00 is clearly the money you owe. If there was 3 of them they were there for 2 hours each. It is very common for Cleaning Companies to send teams and not just one person for 3 hours. Cleaning Services operate on volume. They're not going to clean your house only and call it a day.
