After a few years of dealing with Town and Country Jeep in Levittown and leaving unsatisfied with the same problem I went in with over and over, I decided to try Merrick Jeep. In 3 days they fixed all the issues I’ve had for years that I was told couldn’t be fixed. Highly recommend! Frank was great to work with.
My wife and I walked in to the dealership last Sunday and walked out with a purchase three hours later! Makayla was incredible to work with. Extremely honest, helpful and eager to work with us to ensure we found a deal that worked for us. From start to finish, she was sincere and genuine in wanting to find the best deal that met our needs Throughout the process, all staff members including Joel and Harry were also extremely pleasant and willing to help in any way possible. 10/10 I would highly recommend!

I have been going to Merrick Ram Jeep & Dodge for years. They are truly one of the best Service places to take your Vehicle to. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable of what you need. I have always waited in the waiting room, which has a TV as well as coffee and water to drink while you are waiting to get your vehicle back I definitely give them a A++++ Rating.
