i absolutely love this place! The apartments are comfortable. The amenities are the best i have ever seen. Great resident events allow you to get to know your neighbors. And it is close to everything you could possibly need. If you are looking for a place to belong, this is it!

Meridian at Sutton Square is a beautiful residential community for all age groups. I have been here for 9 months now and love how friendly everybody is in this community, right from the staff and maintenance to the residents and even their pets! The community has play areas for pets and also a pet spa. Any maintenance issue is immediately attended to and the staff leaves a lovely note behind saying what they've worked on. I’ve lived at the Meridian for about 6 months now, and to describe the place in one word...it’s “perfect.” The amenities are great, the staff and maintenance crew are super nice and always super welcoming when you come into the office. Our community events are always fun as well And they occur about 4x throughout the month. Come join us, and I promise you’ll love living there!!!
I moved in about 2 months ago and could not be happier! I love the events put on by Erica and Steven. I haven’t had a single problem with my apartment and have met so many friendly neighbors! 10/10 would recommend living here!

This is a terrific place to live - extremely inclusive and supportive. The community coordinators are very responsive to the needs and requests of their residents. My mother and her care team have felt so safe and welcome. The community has strong neighborhood strengthening activities.
