Great Building! – I am very happy with my apartment! I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about. I can't believe the one brought up the generator. We had a record-breaking blizzard and lost power for 3 days. The generator ran for two days before it ran out of fuel.
Do NOT move here – I fell for Meridian's lies when I signed my lease. Now, the building is full of people angry at what's going on. It's unfortunate actually. On the plus side, the building is nice and you will rarely here the people to left of you. You will always hear the elevators, the people in the hallways (the doors are made out of paper), and the people above you--even though they claim there's a foot of concrete between you and the person above. Looks can be deceiving – First, the building is new so you will probably be the first tenant. It's nice to have new things, but beware the extremely loud work that continues on unfinished parts of the building, which, of course, no one tells you before lease signing. The staff is slow to respond to problems and not as available as they promise (before lease signing). The lease doesn't comply with state law, and they won't allow changes.
