This place sucks! – I agree that rooms are very small. The staff is mean, I was talking to one Chinese girl, I believe her name is Janet or something like that, she was so RUDE! She even didn't show the apartments we wanted to take a look at. I won't recommend this place!
this is a nice place truthfully, but every single morning at around 8am there is a dump truck that comes and is loud as hell!!!!! wakes me up everytime... paying way to much money (2000) for this damn dump truck to be my personal alarm clock, dont understand why they dont come in the evening.... other then that its nice... but just because of it im upset!
Great Building! – I'm very happy with my apartment. I recently moved in and am still getting used to the neighborhood, but I love it so far. My neighbors seem pretty cool, but I wish people were a little friendlier on the elevators. There's a great convenience store that just opened up downstairs that I've frequented on several occassions. Overall, I would recommend it !
NEGATIVE!!! – Why are you defending that this place is good!!?? Your comments look absolutely fake! The management is really mean, they don't care about you, it looks like they want to get a salary and go home; the rooms are small, for such a high price you will definitely find something much better!!!
Love it! – After spending a month living at the Meridian at Grosvenor Station, I can honestly say that I have no complaints. The staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful. It is nice to know that some of them actually live in the building as well. Which leads me to the building. It is BEAUTIFUL! There is definitely a lot to say about it being BRAND NEW! No Complaints – I love my apartment. I have moved almost every year for the past 8 years, so I have experienced just about every type of apartment possible. The Meridian at Grosvenor is definitely the best place I have lived so far. The location is perfect for me (next to the Metro and close to 495), and my apartment has plenty of space and high end finishes. I was one of the first to move in, so of course I knew there were certain things to expect with a brand new building. I'm not sure how anybody was shocked to learn that... read more
Wonderful place to live – I have lived at the Meridian at Grosvenor station for six months and love it. The layout of the brand new apartment is excellent and the rooms and closets are spacious. Visiting friends have all agreed that this place is great. The area is great, close to metro station, bus stop, Strathmore music center, lots of shopping, food stores. I guess there are a few rotten apples in every bunch – Okay, so I was one of the first move in's here at the Meridian and I guess that is why the negative feedback shocks me. The building is right next to the Grosvenor Metro yet I dont ever hear the Metro and I am on the side closest to it. My apartment has a ton of natural sun light and watching the sunset is nice. Agree to Negative Reviews – I would be inclined to agree to the negative reviews. I moved in with my fiance, and we are not happy with our choice. We most certainly hear the metro, the generator--as I believe others have posted on has indeed failed multiple times, the garage is quite tight--no two cars can pass at the same time and its very difficult to park, security is appalling--the front desk do not even look at people but just buzz them right in--Freddy Krueger would have no problem getting in, they also leave the garag... read more
