While I love living here due to the proximity to the Metro and Rock Creek Park, DO NOT LIVE HERE if you need a place to park your car! There's been a serious parking problem here for more than a month and the office staff has done nothing to correct it. They think that posting a letter (in just a few discreet locations) asking residents to obey the parking policy will actually fix the problem. Great Property! – I was most appreciative of previous detailed reviews, so I wanted to do the same for others. I have to say, I was almost scared away by the reviews until I took a closer look to investigate and decide what was important/relevant to me. The biggest cause for alarm was the power outage reports. But I found that this is not building-specific. All who are served by PepCo are affected. One of the Best Views in Rockville – My boyfriend and I have lived her for almost a year now! It was our first place togethor and we loved it! We rented a studio and are planning on staying for another year with hopes of upgrading to a one bedroom. It seems that they are having great specials right now and we couldn't pass it up! Great Location, Great Staff, Clean Place, Updated Appliances – My wife & I lived on the 12th floor and we absolutely loved our place. Floor to ceiling window in the family room and that was for a 1BR apartment! We never had any noise issues, even from the metro. Everyone that lives here is extremely professional and working adults. All that glitters....is not gold – I know very well that most apartment reviews are either glowing or completely negative, but I am writing from the perspective of someone who really thought I'd want to live here for many many years. I am disappointed that I need to think about moving again, and write this so that you will think and visit with a discerning eye that goes beyond the pretty lobby and granite countertops. Not a good place to live – Currently I live in this building. It is true it is close to the metro, but that’s it. It is noisy, unsecure, at least once a month (or after any mild storm) the power goes off, and staff is rude and unhelpful. Not only the metro runs too close making a lot of noise, but also buses and trucks are loud. I live in one of the top floors but I can even think on opening the windows, if I do it I won’t be able to hear what the person next to me is saying. Good Location - Dog Friendly - Convenience Store – I like this building, my apartment, and my neighbors. The beer and wine store downstairs has an awesome selection. The prices aren't too bad either. The metro is right across the street, which is really convenient. Parking seems to be a little tight. The only thing I regret about living here is the frequent power outages.

Nice Building – Just rented here. Out of all the properties we looked at, it is the newest and showed the best. Very happy with our decision.

Disappointed! – We wanted to move in by the end of the month... But I should agree that the price is too high for this place. Pool is really small. And yes, when we came in ppl from the leasing office served us really poor.
